Our Fishermans cottage is on Blakeney High Street 20 yards from the Quay and next door to the Deli where you can buy fresh croissants and bread. The Cottage is situated at the end of a 'Loake' and has a pretty patio at the front, perfect for watching the world pass by. Upstairs their are two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, via sprung mattresses, flat screen TV and DVD's. We provide Egyptian linen sheets, towelling and bath robes simply bring your slippers. The bathrooms have slipper baths and shampoo sets but no showers. Downstairs their is a Small Kitchen, Dining Room and Lounge. The Kitchen hasalso has a lovely little sitting area perfect for drinks before dinner. The Lounge has a log burner an if you stay in winter we provide logs, throughout is well decorated with oil canvasses with a lovely homely atmosphere.
In the main we offer short term with a minimum of three to four days and occasionally weekly lets. North Norfolk is a truly beautiful coast line perfect for relaxing breaks. In Blakeney you can walk the coastal path to Morston and Cley Next to Sea their are four options for dining out the White Horse and King's Arms Pubs, the Mooring Bistro and more formally the Blakeney Hotel. Have sundowners on the Blakeney Hotel Patio an absolute must on fine days. You can walk for breakfast to the Wiveton Hall Farm Cafe and of course our own incredibly popular Wiveton Bell which now has a Michelin Bibendum Stamp one of only four in Norfolk. Short drives away you have the Morston Anchor and Morston Hall which has a Star. In the main people visit to enjoy long beach walks, visit the Salt Marshes if Cley and generally relax.
